Terms OF Service

 

Pricing: 

All pricing for services provided in this quote is based on night and weekend rates.

Any additional services or work requested outside of the specified quote may incur extra charges, which will be discussed and agreed upon before commencement.

 

Quality and Standards:

All the work will be carried out in accordance with Australian standards to ensure the highest quality and safety.

The materials used will meet or exceed industry standards, and workmanship will adhere to best practices.

 

Deposit:

A non-refundable deposit of 30% of the total quoted price is required upon the commencement of the project.

The deposit will secure your booking and enable us to allocate resources and materials for your project.

 

Payment Terms:

The remaining balance of the quoted price is due upon completion of the joinery work.

Payment can be made by cash, check, or electronic funds transfer (EFT) and should be settled within 7 days of project completion.

 

Variations:

Any changes or variations to the original scope of work must be agreed upon in writing and may result in adjustments to the quoted price and timeline.

 

Timeline:

We will provide an estimated timeline for the completion of the project in the quote. However, unforeseen circumstances or variations may affect this schedule.

 

Warranty:

We offer warranty on our work, starting from the date of project completion. This warranty covers defects in workmanship and materials.

 

Cancellation:

In the event of project cancellation, the deposit will not be refunded. Any costs incurred for materials purchased or work started will be deducted from the deposit.

 

Insurance:

We maintain appropriate insurance coverage, including public liability insurance, to protect both parties in the event of accidents or damage during the project.

 

Dispute Resolution:

Any disputes or concerns should be communicated promptly to us in writing. We will work to resolve any issues through negotiation and mediation.

 

Termination:

We reserve the right to terminate the project if unforeseen circumstances, safety concerns, or non-payment issues arise. In such cases, any outstanding payments for work completed will be due immediately.

 

Governing Law:

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of, and any legal disputes will be resolved in accordance with these laws.
